Our dedicated floor plans have been created with attention to detail and design. Function and beauty come together to make your new home an efficient living space. Our spec homes are anything other than ordinary, with "standard" options better qualified as luxury, and an opportunity to fine-tune to your liking. We're flexible. If our homes aren't exactly what you want, we can pull together the right people to make your dream a reality. We'd love to hear your creative ideas.

JAVID & LIZ
We started off dreaming as young adults. Dreaming of something bigger.
What began as a photography duo grew into real estate agents with eyes for real estate investing. Crazy ideas had us realizing that big sacrifices needed to be made... and while living in a camper on a small piece of land in the country, we drew up a large poster with steps to take to reach our goals.
18 months of hard work and (almost nonexistent) patience, we built our first house. Though we loved it, we knew we had to let it go to grow. So, we moved out with our 2 babies (and one on the way).
That sacrifice has led us to where we are now, growing our dreams of building beautiful homes for other families like us. We know the amazing feeling of walking into your own home after waiting so long, and we'd love to be the first to open that door for you.
